Suspicious popups, browser hijacks, unknown programs, and odd search pages. I scan, remove, and help lock things back down.
Windows updates and errors
Update loops, blue screens, error codes, and Windows problems that keep returning.
Printers and peripherals
Printer not printing, scanner not scanning, webcam trouble, or devices that are not being detected.
Email and account access
Outlook setup, Gmail issues, two-step sign-in confusion, password reset guidance, and account settings.
Wi-Fi and connectivity
Connection drops, slow speeds, and basic troubleshooting to figure out whether the issue is the PC, router, or service provider.
New PC setup
Initial setup, updates, account sign-in, basic app installs, cleanup, and making the new computer easier to use.
File backup and recovery
Backup setup, OneDrive basics, photo organization, and deleted-file recovery where it is realistically possible.

What I do not currently support
PNW PC Help is Windows-focused and remote-only. I do not currently support Macs, Chromebooks, phones, tablets, or hardware repairs that require opening the computer. If you are not sure whether your issue fits, send the quote form and I will tell you honestly.
